We will need to collect from Ivy's hut *After making the first two Gingerbread Beams, so refrain from collecting from her until after that if you can. I don't know if it is a one time collection or if it will be ongoing.

Also needing to clear Aspen Trees. I've been saving them for when I'm ready to start that storyline....

We'll be using the kitchen a bit it looks like, which is fine, but I need my kitchens for making feasts since I can't seem to get any reliable Sweet Feast and Spicy Feast droppers.


ETA: Can someone remind me - do we use Aspen trees in any other story lines besides "The Academy?" Maybe I should **** multiple birds with one stone. However, I'll investigate first and see if we can obtain "Gingerbread Syrup" from other trees besides Aspens.

ETA: Ok, yep, got 3 Gingerbread Syrups from chopping a Yellow Acer tree. So 10 chops netted 3 syrups, if that helps at all in calculating the drop rate. Still want to know what all storylines **REQUIRE** Aspen trees. Thanks!

Thank you so much for that! And I'm sorry, I guess I led you into making a non-event related post. SpiritWind can be mad at me, not you. I was just trying to decide if I should trigger those other storylines and also chop Aspen trees for this event and do it all at once. Good luck in this event if you are playing. haha! It is too close to Christmas to get mad at anyone, least of you Summer I think it's ok to have a bit of fun in an event thread. [I'm only generally more 'strict' in a main story one though as they will be read for years to come.]

Happy tree chopping! We are often chopping trees for events, so I wouldn't worry about deciding when to start those main story ones. At least you can use them for dual purposes when the time comes.

These prizes and splash screens look incredible. Have to rush off for a while now, but I'll be back later to check if I have goals to add for you all.
