Oh wow! I'm so excited for these cake recipes on the counters Based off of the recipe cards, I can see the little mounds of frosting on top so I have high hopes on the rest of the cakes decorations. And they're perfect for the Nona Oven... after all, where's the best place to learn vintage cake making from other than from a Nona, lol.

....Oooof this is going to be EXPENSIVE and PAINFUL but I'm dusting off my ovens to participate in this one. Tiered cakes are always a lovely addition to this game, and especially when they're as fancy and decorated as these!! Major kudos to the artists for this one; thank you team!

the cakes look promising.
the changes in the goal requirements pattern were very much not appreciated by me.
5days goals could use LESS 22hrs food/drinks since they take too much time.

That's what I'm torn about, the long time requirements. I decided to skip this goal because I have 2 of the prize but then after I saw the first recipe, I wanted to change my mind. I saw the long time requirement and decided I would stick to my original decision. I like to use food as decorative pieces in my bakery and if the other 2 goal recipes look like the first, I know I'll kick myself a bit. I typically don't bake food again after mastery though (unless it is high coin yielding) so I know I'd only enjoy it for a short time. Still...kind of kicking myself as I type this.

That's what I'm torn about, the long time requirements. I decided to skip this goal because I have 2 of the prize but then after I saw the first recipe, I wanted to change my mind. I saw the long time requirement and decided I would stick to my original decision. I like to use food as decorative pieces in my bakery and if the other 2 goal recipes look like the first, I know I'll kick myself a bit. I typically don't bake food again after mastery though (unless it is high coin yielding) so I know I'd only enjoy it for a short time. Still...kind of kicking myself as I type this.

I always do goals no matter how much I grumble about them but I haven't finished 5days goal in a long time, I can't even remember the last time I work on them for the prize, only for recipes these days.
the 22hrs food were really discouraging for me to continue so having established patterns helped since I could calculate the time beforehand. that's why I'm disappointed with this new requirements, now I'm anxiously waiting for the next 5days goal either I would risk myself preparing lattes and espresso or I'd wait for info first :/

Would you both (and others reading that also want to share) be comfortable PMing me about your experiences? I created a poll thread for Restaurant Story regarding 5-day goal experiences and would be happy to make one for Bakery, but they are structured a bit differently here and I'd like to get to know more before immediately jumping to making the thread.
