the orange and mango look almost identical.. wish they would've gone with a different flavor than orange so we could've had a different color one instead of 2 orange looking ones =/ other than that tho i think the final prize is super cute! hope i can build enough ovens in time to be able to win it 🤞🏼

    ---
I like these tri-level serving trays and am interested to see if they'll give us more variations of this style going forward. Really like that the topmost mochi is split open to show off the pretty middles - nice touch, s8!

Though, I do agree with cuzie65 that this maybe wasn't the best recipe for this specific display. For me, I think it's because there's so much empty space left between all the little mochi so we're seeing a LOT more of the tray itself than usual. It might've looked better if they'd either added some garnish in the empty spots or put more mochi on each layer. In fact, so much of the tray is showing that if I ever serve these again, I'll have to make sure the trays match my theme when typically I'd think about the recipe fitting my theme. I feel like the tray being the star of the show isn't a great choice but who knows, maybe one day they'll make a tray so pretty that I change my mind. Stranger things have happened, lol.

Overall, I've only got that one nitpick and think this goal was a solid release. Oh! And I'm also really glad to see that they chose an appliance we hadn't already used in a bunch of other goals. Hopefully they'll keep that going; I'm particularly looking forward to seeing what recipes they might add to the Espresso Machine *nudge, nudge*
