I am quite disappointed to see the Ice Cream Maker as a second appliance for this goal. I really do not like this trend.

I'm so irritated and let down by the team for including the Ice Cream Maker - yet again!

Each time they've added an additional, non-basic appliance to a goal the community has shared its distaste but they continue to do it. Honestly, the only thing it does is add another needless hurdle to newer/more casual players that will likely have to purchase and build more of the extraneous appliance.

Not sure how many more times or in how many more ways we can possible say this but PLEASE STOP!

I find it extra insulting as they continue to try and make the goals more difficult while they've yet to increase a single thing in the game economy to offset the extra spending required.

It's either yet another careless oversight or just blatant disregard for the customers that support their company. Frankly, neither of those are acceptable to me. Things like this are what really make me question if this is a company I want to continue to support. So disappointing.

I wholeheartedly agree with the takes you listed in the comment above, Annira. I really enjoy watching new bakeries grow, but I feel many are blocked from goals as they cost so much and they require a lot of active players to make appliances. Unfortunately, as the goals get less achievable for the common bakery, they play less and less which decreases the ability to have active players for everyone else. It truly is a vicious cycle and while many of us have reserves from days gone by, our coins are slowly eroding away. I cannot imagine trying all the goals as a newer player and that is a huge problem. We need the newer players and I would think this company would try more to retain their interest and ability to thrive. Very disappointing.

It seems storm 8 is doing this to all there games. Castle story is impossible to finish events. I?ve been playing these games for 10+ years and getting tired of dealing with the crazy amounts they have added to the games. Fed up.

Even with the coloured tray, this is so good.

The requirements for the goal is just dumb though.
Why even send out a questionnaire last year, if you don't bother to even read them?
I'm pretty sure close to a 100% said to go easier on goal requirements..

Honey Hive Cake:


I find the wooden tray much preferred over the brightly colored ones - especially for these honey themed recipes. The golden honey really pops against the darker wood and the wood feels a more natural pairing with the honey theme as well. Fingers crossed for the last one!

Honey Bear Cake:


Dang! It's cute and all but definitely a let down that we didn't get another wooden tray.

I know it's rare to actually take our input into consideration but I had honestly thought we'd made a breakthrough on the tray situation. There was a nice little run of goals where the new recipes were on matching trays and I got all hopeful for a hot minute. It was so lovely to see the matching sets return that I let myself believe they'd finally taken our comments into consideration. Don't worry, these most recent goals cleared up my temporary lapse into hopefulness, lol. I now see the matching trays were a fluke and we're firmly back to the standard randomness we've come to expect....
