You would need to have an additional device and set another Storm8 ID for a new game.

yes I've downloaded it on another device but to create a new id is not working
it only shows processing all the time

Please check the following:

1. Under Social > Invite Friends, you should see this menu:

Can you double-check that an S8 ID has not already been registered to your game?

2. It could be that you are trying to assign an ID that already exists. Can you double-check this as well?

If neither of the above two can help you resolve your situation, it would be best to reach out to support. Someone could help you further there.

If I send a gift to 20 neighbors but it says 8 did not receive my gift because maybe they are full, when the time is reset will they receive my gift or is it just lost?

Your Storm8 account is saved on the Storm8 servers. You can however delete the apps on your device if you're no longer playing. Your account would be there should you decide to play again. Hope this helps.
