Thanks Annira for these details! I'd love to buy the "Echo" ovens whenever they're on sale, but it costs a lot :'(
Those old appliances's recipes are always something for me. The designs are nice yet simple and the size are just fit to my bakery decoration.. Hope they can sell them cheaper on next sale..
