Hi all - I was on goal 2 of the challenge, and the whole challenge has disappeared from my to do list. The side goals are still there, but not the main one with the 11 goals. I rebooted my iPhone but no luck. Any advice?

A new goal will unlock at every or alternate new day when the corresponding collection item unlocks. Mentioned in chapter Guidelines for Luck Event, link in Post 1.

Is there any reason that we can't sell our clippers or it is another antisocial quest. I know that we don't sell items that we need to turn in collection but there is running separate quest.

This is part of the same event. The Clippers are to be used in the Coconut Tree to get the first collection item!

I get your reasoning. It is the same event but 2 quests. you don't have to participate in both of them and they give you 2 different prizes.
And the way I am if I don't need something I like to sell it to help other players who may need it.

The clippers don’t go in the barn, so I think that it’s either the items take up barn space and we can sell them, or they don’t and we can’t sell.
