. It's definitely spelled with a "v" if they're referring to the Greek pastry. IRL It looks nothing like the picture though.

This is the middle eastern version, which is spelled with a 'w'. It is made with pistachios and rose water syrup, which is why it looks different to those used to the Greek version. Think of it as ice cream and gelato being very similar but slightly different.

Disappointed that 4th of July got skipped, but this one seems pretty cute so far. I just can't put it out because I've got my July 4th stuff out.

They have done other 4th of July goals in the past it's nice to have something different for a change !

Am kind of glad to see my country's flag into the counter and it really makes me happy to see the Bibingka recipe included into this goal. Bibingka is a traditional delicacy in the Philippines.
