2015 Spring Blossom gem purchase not finishing

So I bought the 2015 spring blossom item from the store. It "built" and now I can't untarp it. If I try to tap on it, nothing happens. I've completely shut down/closed out the game and tried restarting it several times.

I bought the Blossom Pond yesterday and placed it and all I get is a giant box with a tool box on top of it. I tried force closing the app and the phone with no success. Is anyone else having similar problems?

Me too. I've tried closing, restarting, speaking nicely to it, all without success. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I've bough on spring sale a spring blossom , but for some reason shows a tool box for 3 days already , do I need to gather tools or what should I do ? Can somebody help me?
