Bakery Story: Help Me I have a Question

Omg the same thing happened to me! It was for 2 days tho. My Wi-Fi was strong as usual; browser was working fine with other sites; I cleared all my cache; tried different browsers; even tried my laptop too - the forum still didn't load. I thought it was just me. Also, I was having trouble entering the game too! It kept loading..and loading....and loading to no end. I'd have to open and close it a few times until it finally let me in. Then I couldn't delete more than 2 messages off my board without lag😫. I eventually made a ticket yesterday cause I didn't want to miss the next goal. Came home from an exam today to check if my ticket was answered yet and tried my luck to access the forum and it finally worked. Idk what happened. Like it was just unavailable for 2 days The page just won't load on anything. Started to think they just removed my country's access to the forum 💀. I really hope this doesn't happen again, especially around a new goal.

ikr! I cleared my cache and cookies and logged out from all sites, tried different browser and had the same result, the page not loading.
opened my game to the message saying no internet connection while I was actually watching cat videos on youtube just fine using the same device smh.
I thought it was just me and it's annoying since I'm gonna go abroad for work in 7days so Imma gonna try to finish the upcoming 5days goal asap using as many infos I could get from forum later.
it works just fine now, hopefully it'll work just fine from now on.

While I was closing ads which pop ups when opening up the game, I accidentally tapped on something and it gave me a baby harp seal and deducted gems from me. So upset. Those are my hard earned gems from baking. I saved those gems to rush up baking or skip goals when I’m short of time. Is there a way to request refund my gems and they can take away that baby seal from my inventory?

There isn't a dedicated thread for that release but yes, the items are the same as the RS version only the 4th prize of Pie Rack is likely not included in the BS version since it already exists in our games.
