There dont seem to be a fixed schedule. I got notification (cruise pop up screen) in my game, didn't you get yours?

I finished the cruise and have gotten about 4 chips from Sally. I just noticed that my Buffet recipe has a timer indicating that there's only 3.9 hrs left on the recipe. What's happening here?

Sally visits every 4.75 to 5.25 hours.

Hmmm that's strange. Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, do you get the screen below while in your game when the cruise starts? I dont get prior notification before the cruise starts but I got the pop up below when it started.

If you dont get this screen, would you mind reinstalling your game and see if it works for next cruise? Or alternatively, you can contact Support: support form and have an agent to check your game.
