I didn't get prizes for 1st place in key event

I was in first place in the key collecting event that just ended yesterday(I think it ended yesterday), but I never got the rewards for it. I saw somewhere that prizes are given when the new event starts, but the new one already started today and I still never got the prizes. Is there anything that can be done about this? Or am I just out of luck? I tried force closing the game and uninstalling it already, but that didn't help.

Well I guess we can just call this a bug. They are not showing up on my end. I hope this isn't happening to too many people.

I did let them know that it never showed up in my game. They told me everything looks normal on their end and they marked my issue as solved, so I guess there isn't anything they can do.
