Thread: Can't collect gems from Isle of Fortune

    I could've swore right before I came here and wrote that I wasn't able to collect that I had 466 gems and now I have 425. Is there any way to have that checked?

    I did a check on your posts and nope, I didnt see your post that. You can click on [My Profile] at the top right of the screen and click on your name tab to see your posts.

    You need to contact Support: support form for an agent to check your gems. I'll report this over for you as well.

    I paid for the isle of furtune and it still says that I have 16 days left but I can't collect my gems anymore and the daily timer is gone. I wasn't able to collect my gems yesterday and I was hoping it would come back up in the morning but they didn't 😧

    The gems should credited to your account. Can you check?
