Monopoly bingo & cleudo bingo lost game progress

Hello I seem to have a problem been using both of the games with no issues til my galaxy phone died and I replaced it and restored my phone, I seem to have lost all my progress and dice and gems.
I never made a storm ID before coming here only just used my google play ID
Is there anyway I can get back my progress as I did have quite a lot of gems and dice please
