Why is my game reset?

I was at level 360 or so, 2000 gems and 2 million $
And now i have to start at level 1?

2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart game

I made a new account with facebook on the device, ipad mini. I can't see gamecenter. The game i am talking about is Bubble Mania.
The new Facebook account [] it up. I just like logged in with the old fb account, same problem.
