IOS iPAD, what happened to the VIEW ads 4 gems? It vanished 8-2016 & never returned

Is it permanently removed from Restaurant Story? I don't see anyone else posting this on the forum, so I'm wondering if this is only something I'm experiencing?

happened to me and a lot of neighbours as well. started a Thread yesterday called IOS OPTION. more people have the same problem

Hi there, I am adding my name to the list. I took a screen capture to show, on the right side just behind the RY of the game title, you can see the icon for the "free gems" where I have always clicked to watch videos to get free gems. but when the splash screens are all gone and the game is loaded, the icon for the free gems is gone. so it is trying to load, just not able to. I will send an email to the support team, but thought I would let you know what is happening for me at least. this is my ticket number []
