Yes others have experienced this issue for a very long time with many, of not all, of the games and no it has never been resolved...and probably will never be. I doubt it's your network even though you might be told that it is.

I wasn't able to get into Bakery Story2 most of yesterday or maybe it was the day before. Because of this issue I haven't been playing that game much because it is so frustrating. Meanwhile RS2 has been fine for me most of the time.

the markets (general store, butcher, veggie market, seafood shop and fruit market) all have a border at the bottom of the screen that prevents buying any products at the bottom. I use gems to speed up time to get items but now I'm not able to do that because of the border that was put at the bottom. This should be changed back to allow players to purchase items being blocked by the border.

Are you able to scroll the items up further to see the item properly? Which game version are you using?

Yes this feature is still available but it's a promotional feature that goes to random players so not everyone gets it. Hope you get yours soon.
