    I tried that, and it still doesn?t work. On both apps it just says install. I even tried clicking install and opening the app through the App Store, but it still didn?t work.

    Edit: just found out my storm 8 ids are different on restaurant and bakery story.

    Glad you found that the accounts are different for your games. Use the Login feature to transfer to your respective account if you're playing on the same device. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the New Logon on Feature thread.

    That?s doesn?t work, as restaurant story doesn?t have the option to log into different accounts in the Storm8 section like Bakery Story.
    Edit: found out restaurant story account is a cloud account.

    Problem playing across platforms

    I have a question as I have been emailing support but can't seem to get a clear answer. My issue is that I cannot seem to play across platforms; i.e android and iOS. I have asked support to recover or reset my game on my android device twice now and twice I have logged into Restaurant Story on iPad only to have it reset back to level 1 on both devices. As instructed by the support agent I have remained logged out of Game Center and Facebook when playing. After playing on android, I exited the app then hard closed it on my device. When I opened Restaurant Story on the iPad, I received this message:

    I then opened my game on android and it was reset back to level 1.
    Meanwhile on the iPad I get this message:

    I'm not sure why this is happening and any suggestions are appreciated.

    That's fine but the support agent doesn't seem to understand that there is something else going on here, they just tell me log out of Game Center and Facebook so they can reset it. Resetting it allows me to use the game on android but as soon as I use it on iPad it goes back to level 1 again. I can't find anything similar to my problem on this forum and I've been dealing with this for a long while.
