For the building and craft guide:

Dehydrator - dried oranges and potpourri both appear at level 18. Not sure re dried passionfruit and apple, they were both there when I first got the dehydrator but not sure what level I was then.

Bakery - passionfruit cake is level 15

Kitchen - I think passionfruit puree became available at the same time as the passionfruit vines

Bed and breakfast is definitely available to build before level 18. Not certain but I think it was level 15. All the items with question marks are available to me now at level 18. Toast, orange juice, and the hearty breakfast I think are level 18. (Oranges only just became available to me so the two that need them have to be 18). Not sure about the others (Ground cinnamon etc) except that they were there earlier.
