Bug with letter

Hello ! I'm french player, so first i want you to know that i'm sorry if my grammar is bad !
I recently had too many letters from Liam so I delete them from my "bag", and know i need 6 letters. But when i touch Liam when he has a letter, i don't receive them in my "bag". What can i do ?

Just to check, do you see a Thank you note flying when you clicked on Liam? Is it possible that you have gotten coins from Liam instead? He sometimes gives coins instead of Thank you notes.

I deleted and install the app again, and everything is ok now, thanks for your help !!
