Today I opened opened the tree house and no prize is showing in the box. I hope this mystery prize is not the elephant. Anyone else having issues? I reset the game twice.

Mine didnt show up yesterday. Is yours still happening? I think it's the elephant because that's the only item I dont have.

it happening to me a few days ago i went to the treehouse and there was no prize pix i checked both my ipad and phone nothing. tried force closing. check the following day there was the green boots prize

It only happened this once since then the prizes have always shown in the box. I had a feeling it was the elephant but I didn't want to spend the gems just to get a decoration. I didn't even use gems on the last event just to save them for this pet. I will hope that it shows up again in the tree house but I doubt it. I am really disappointed now that I didn't just use the gems for the darts.

They have fixed this. Crossing my fingers that we get to see the prize we missed.
