Why did my game reset itself?

I opened the game today after not playing for a couple of weeks. I am now back at level 1 and all of the jewels I purchased were gone. I was at a very high level before, somewhere in the 400s. How can I get my previous game back? I have been playing for years and that was a lot of work. I already had to start the game over a couple of years ago after my iPhone was stolen.

Try logging into your Game Center and see if that helps.

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart game
