You are correct, this is quite inconvenient. Many people gift back what is gifted, and this used to be straightforward. Using the gift back method, you can only send a drip pan.

I can't get into my bakery. Every time I try to open it the startup screen comes up, the music starts to play and then it closes! I've tried to delete and reinstall the app but still can't get in. And now Restaurant Story is doing the same thing. I'm on an iPad Air and am on level 99 on both. Bakery Story 2 and Castle Story are both working properly. Any suggestions?

Can you check if you have plenty of space on your device? Can you restart your device and RS without starting other apps?

Hi Everyone,
I am having the strangest thing happen all of a sudden. Very huge shapes of solid color keep flashing
through the game and in all of my neighbors bakery.
Is anyone else having this happen?

Can you restart your device and game and see if it helps? Please post a picture if issue persists.

I no longer can watch videos to get free gems...ever since maintainence day. Is it no longer being offered? Or is there something wrong with my account? Because it allows me to speed up cooking time but, tbh I would rather have the gems. Please fix or reply with more information!

The video feature is not a permanent feature and not offered to all players.
It may be removed or changed overtime.
