Inventory guide needs to be updated for the Glowing Celtic Ruin that was on sale at the end of April. Inventory guide shows it drops Coal, Silver Ore, Iron Ore, Stone, Celtic Rune.However it no longer drops anything so it needs to be changed to DECO ONLY. I never buy deco because I need items that drop useful items so it was a total waste of gems. I consider this a gem trap. Why are the changing items to deco only without telling someone that could let us know? So disappointed

I?m so sorry this happened to you. It?s very difficult when you don?t have gems to spare and you think you are getting a worthwhile item. Maybe during future sales post a question in the sale thread asking if event items that you want to buy have any drops. Most of the things that were ?choppable? during an event turn into deco after the event is over. I have had this happen to me, too.

It didn?t dawn in me until after I purchased Favio that his drops are identical to Aideen. Still not a bad purchase, though. Still don?t know why his sheep is red. I also bought his steed because it?s better looking than the other horses, but his drops are abysmal. Maybe should have skipped.

A dragon or any alternative skinned animal has a chance to drop 1-2 gems or 5 energy. I have 85 glimmer dragons on my board, when I pet the herd I get in average 5 gems and 20 energy in return.

So I can say that I can convert 13 energy into 1 gem. My gem farm

wow... I hardly EVER get gems from my dragons, and I have about 20... I even have several dragon eggs and burning embers ready to go, but haven't bothered because the only use I'd have is the gem drops and they are SUPER rare. Maybe I should start getting more dragons?!

This is one of those things that every player looks at differently. Personally, I never turn down a dragon, especially ones that are free through crafting or events. Yes, their drops are random, but I feel like they give enough to earn a permanent place on my board and since they usually require less materials to craft than other similar items, they usually pay for themselves within a reasonable time frame.

Once I got to the point in the game where I had a nice energy surplus, I spent an entire monster hunt crafting nothing but Glimmer Dragons. Since they only require 5 Troll Tokens, I was able to make a rather large thunder of dragons and I never regretted it (IIRC, I crafted 30-some that hunt). And just this week I finally got the Mystic Kiln from the Rune Market specifically so I could use up the dozens of dragon eggs that were gathering dust in storage. This way, I can have a dragon crafting every day without tying up my Forges during events. I feel so silly for not having thought of it ages ago!

My regular dragons dont drop gems either. I have not crafted any glimmer dragons in the MRC, though.
perhaps I will do those when I am done with the energy droppers!
