Online Harassment From Other Players

Good Day.

There are two players keep posting the negative comments on my wall these days. I just asked them to leave tips or send gifts sometime, since I found that they were online everyday on February. They have been already deleted from my neighbor list, and I have stopped to respond them. But, they keep leaving the negative comments on my wall. I feel very frightened, and really don't know what I can do.

Please help me. I really need your help to stop the harassment.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having issues in game.

To report a player for inappropriate behavior, please contact Support via support form. Provide them your storm ID, game name and the game name and storm ID if you know it of the offender. Attaching screen shots of your wall is very helpful.
