Present Bait for sale in Stormie shop?

What is this new fish bait that I found in my stormie shop? It's called a "present bait" and has "???" listed in the description on the back of the card. I forgot to take a picture of it. But it's flamingo pink & aqua colored and sells for a market rate of 25 coins. I'm a experienced player, who just came back from a long hiatus and I can't figure out what it is. I've tried searching the forums and didn't find anything.
