How do I get storm8 to reply to me...I did not receive all of my galactic fragments??? I wrote them days ago from the settings tab in the game and I?ve never received any kind of response. Any advice?

Evening Bat is from the tournament.

I dont have this as a tournament ..im so confused.

If you haven't completed the Star Deer tournament yet, you will still have the Star Deer. Once it is over, you will start the Evening Bat tournament.

Complete the Star Deer tournament first as Phoenix said.

When you finish the Star Deer, restart your game and you'll pop into the next one. If you don't finish Star Deer, at midnight, it'll automatically pop you over into the next one after a server ping. We've added time to Evening Bat so you'll get the same amount of time as originally planned to finish it

Support generally takes 3-5 business days to respond, depending on the ticket traffic. Please wait for the Agent to get back to you. You can send me your ticket number by pm if you didn't get a response after 5 business days.

Wanted to let someone know they forgot to update the 2x breeding notifications. It said ?2x Brilliant Balloons for breeding until July 31?

The wrong date has been fixed.

We reported this issue, and it's fixed! Should be Nebula Bits and until August 31st.

Please let me know how it goes for you after you reinstall. Btw do make sure you are installing the latest regular game version.
