don't necessarily give up yet. there are usually alternatives for lower level players if you don't have a bait shop/mine. maybe some lower-level player who has advanced to step 7 can will be able to provide the information soon.

I can see the bait shop for sale...but i have to save a fair bit to buy It...

The prizes are random, you stand a chance to win the exclusive prizes or get the regular prizes like those from the Barn Birdhouse.
