Definitely want the Sea Serpent and I kind of like the turtle as well. Hopefully we won't have to hatch everything unless S8 gives us more land expansions. Good luck all

The Sea Serpent is so elegant, but as the final individual prize in a Forest Party, she will be far beyond my grasp. The Sea Turtle (or Ocean Turtle?) May be my favorite - OMG that shell!
As for the pink jellyfish, well that's different. Does it even have a face, I wonder? Have there been any others before without faces? Would be cool, but if that's the adult form in the event flyer, meh - not half as spectacular as real-life jellies go.
Chubby kitty is restyled as another aquatic dog now? Not impressed. I'm not fond of that form, although it is quite cute on the purple flower-coated cat I keep seeing everywhere from some recent event before my arrival.
With so many incredibly varied oceanic lifeforms available as I inspiration, I was hoping for more creativity.
Next month, if only the artistic director would send out a memo: "Let's take a break from the doggies, kitties, ponies, birds, bears and bovines, people. Draw something else."

Well then... What I thought was a way too small pink jellyfish is... not an animal at all but a Deep Sea Scale (thousands of which we must collect). Well, I guess that explains the SCALE of it! Har dee har, I crack myself up.

The turtle is the only animal I really like, but I have to get the Sea Serpent to get the Wave Rider. I'm sure I'll have to spend quite a few gems or maybe even buy a value pack later that includes some Deep Sea Scales in order to obtain the Sea Serpent, but I'm this close, and I'm not letting that horse slip away!

See, to me, the Sea Serpent doesn't really have a very well-defined face, either. The purple cat you are referring to is the Romeow, which is one of my favorites, but, yeah, it's starting to get old now. Why is the same form now called a dog? plus we already have a Dogfish which looks a lot like this. I agree - we totally need a break from the same types of animals over and over and over and need something really new and innovative.
