Can I just ask a question pls . I have a very small farm L20 on Android I give one parcel to the tree and luckily won the white elephant but it didn’t count in my win the white elephant quest all the other items are ticked any ideas what I need to do please . In the gift exchange quest I have exchanged 4 gifts so far from the 20 needed

Why is it only bots can buy the event items?

I won my baby white elephant, and the task won't clear, I have everything else ticked off, but the baby white elephant won't tick as complete. The baby white elephant is in the bottom left corner of the screenshot, with the task window open saying I don't have it. Storm8 don't want to help me with this, they told me to go to the forums.

I have both the blue and white elephant, however it won't clear from my task list. I'm also trying to sell parts, but reading the forum, only bots can buy them so I'm not sure I can help anyone get their white elephant, but if people can buy parts and presents, they are in my store 😊

Could we buy 2nd elephant enclosure for our elephant. I know some of us have more than 3 elephants. Please stormie8.

This event does not allow players to buy/sell event items. Some events do and some don't.

Congrats on your new pet! Did you win it before you get to the goal? Tasks accomplished prior to reaching the respective goal will not register. Please let me know if that's not the case. Read guidelines on goals, links in Post 1 if you are new to goals.

Getting frustrated. Low drop rates in bakery and have already given 15 gifts with no elephant. It is so cute. I will keep trying. Anyone want to sell extra green presents or festive cookies?

I also just won the elephant. I was at the last goal when I won and the goal did not clear for me either
