I'm on level 79 on android and haven't seen the cafe yet. I see items for sale in market and deliveries ask for items.

I think that the Cafe is still iOS only. I'll double check on my android tablet.

EDIT: The cafe is now available for android players!

This has been resolved. Going forward, Android folks will be able to send your orders.
