Lani is the visitor who occasionally drops stamps but she can drop other things too. You also get a random stamp every do often just from cooking lots. There are also stamp goals which pop up from time to time requiring to cook certain things. These goal lines provide stamps when completed. Usually you can get 5 silver stamps this way each time such an event is running.
