Are you're trying to buy the first goal appliance, Sunken Oven from part 2 in goal steps?

If so did you buy any new wallpapers/floor tiles required in first goal step first?

Once done that you should be to purchase it, but it's not fully built. After purchase you'll need to click on it to request materials needed to build.

Cooking appliances that require neighbors to help build, are those making it next to impossible. Even though I have more than enough friends close to a 100 active, more than enough coins to buy, and gems. I already deleted the app, signing back and still no luck. Am I the only one with this issue?

I skipped them with my gems. Yes, the Suncken and all those prior are close to impossible.
