- This goal will not impact your playing or your odds when purchasing the box.
- It is not necessary to make your box purchases through the goal to have your prizes count in the goal.

I normally don't open them cause I bake for gems so I didn't wanna risk loosing all those gems for the same thing. But I really liked the box so I took a chance. I got sum good. Tried two more times and got two different things. No repeated prizes so no gems wasted!

Im so disappointed in this box, this is the first time I spent money on gems and I bought it specifically to get this box. I?ve tried 6 times and all I?ve gotten are those ?giant? macaron stacks. Such a waste of gems, I don?t think I?ll ever spend money on this game again. They would have been better if they were actually giant and we?re almost as tall as columns or as least the people, but they?re tiny and don?t really fit in or look too good in most places. Does anyone know if I can get my gems back? 6 times and only getting the same terrible prize is so frustrating!

Sorry to hear you're disappointed, it's always a downer when mystery box purchases don't work out. We've all been there - in my inventory I've got 19 of one 4th level box deco from years of trying for the 1st prize in a box only to keep getting the one item I didn't like! I swear, it felt like I was cursed until I finally got the item I wanted... when it was offered in a sale. The box items are a double edged sword for me, I love the thrill of getting a high value prize but absolutely despise getting stuck with loads of low level prize repeats. I keep hoping they'll come up with a way to trade in unwanted floor decos like you can trade dragons in DS which would make the numerous repeats bearable.

In regards to the refund: I personally don't think the team will refund the gems since you intentionally spent them but I don't see how it would hurt to try. You can open a Support Ticket with the team to request a refund.

As for not liking the scaling of the prize, may I recommend checking the first post of the box thread before making any purchases next time? I usually get most of the images up the first day so players can see the new items placed to make better informed decisions. If I don't have an image of a specific item you're interested in, you can post a request for others to share descriptions on the item in question which can also be helpful in deciding whether or not to spend the gems.

I also really liked the colors of this Crate & bought 108 Gems worth of boxes. It had to be Beginner's Luck because I got one of each of the items, but the Pink Macaron Counter (which is the one I really really really wanted) never showed up in my Inventory! =( Then, the Macaron Sign, which I even put on the wall already, is showing in the Goals/Crate List as I didn't have it, along with the Pink Macaron Counter. QUESTION: Does the Goals/Crate List Inventory affect what You get in future Crates of the same theme? I'm so upset that the Pink Counter never showed up, no matter how many times I Refreshed & Cleared the Cache of the game.

No, the goals have zero impact on any aspect of the crate or your game in any way. The goals are really just a way for players to get a general idea of the decos on offer in the crate as far as we've been able to tell.
