It depends on what game you're referring to. The option was removed in most games. For some games, the ability to watch videos disappears after you purchase gems. There are dedicated threads in some of the individual game forums about gems and videos, so this is only general information.

Good Evening, Whoever from Storm8 developer team reading this kindly fix my issue.I have been playing farm Story 2 for quite a long time now I have changed my device to Samsung Galaxy A15. Now the issue is upon opening playstore it says your device is not compatible with this version and I am unable to download the game.Kindly help me in this regard. You need to go into the actual games discussion forum and find the appropriate Add Me thread. This thread is not be used to find neighbours as you have not indicated exactly what game your referring to. If you can't find the game you want please let me know and I'll give you the right link.
