When is the right time to remove restaurants as some players don?t play for days.??

I can’t get free gems either for watching videos. Is it because I play on my I pad. Just watch videos for my food to cook quicker. My daughter plays on her android phone and she watches videos to get gems.

It's your game hon, play as you enjoy, delete when you feel the need.

As for the free gem thingy, it is handed out to random players temporarily.
It can be taken away at any time. Doesn't matter type of device.
Consider it a gift that goes away. You know like Valentine's Chocolate Boxes...lol

My 50 gems disappeared today . I'm so disappointed. Please, whoever managed this game, return my 50 gems as it is not fair .

This feature is offered to players at random, and may appear or disappear without warning. There's always a possibility that it may appear or re-appear in your restaurant in the future.

You can just tap/click on them and they'll open on photobucket's site. It's a pain, but that site changed its terms unexpectedly, so it's what we're stuck with.
