In the last BS goal, I had to buy a basic mixer because I use the forever ones. I made the drinks on forever mixers and they DID count. Hope you're as lucky. 😀

Did you guys get one set (free) of Mardi Gras feathers when you finished tipping and had the counters?

I didn't get any. It unlocked for me to purchase, but no freebie.

No, I don't think there was supposed to be a free one. I didn't get an impression that we were getting a free one when I completed the step. We usually don't get a free mid-goal decoration since you have to purchase them to complete the later steps. Except the last final prize, of course.

Edit-----I don't if it's error or glitch, even though it says "have" 1 King of Mardi Gras, on "buy" it says 2. I had to buy 2 for completed check mark to pop up.

Aww, I'd hate to have to buy 2 more kings.

Also, I hate to be ungrateful because I do really like the goals overall, but I'm not a fan of being forced to buy green & blue stoves to complete it. I know you're slammed, so not having to design a 2nd appliance is probably saving you some time, although I miss the gems to be earned. And I don't mind having to make long-mastered food, because I like my food to match my decor anyway, so I might have been making gumbo & jambalaya regardless. I didn't mind at all in BS in the last goal, because I had all the required appliances (or would have bought them eventually in my less-well-equipped bakeries). But now I have to buy appliances just because they're a different color, even though I'm getting no new recipes out of them? Not cool.

Why make people buy 2 king things? Why not one of those and one of something else?

I never understand duplicates of things most don't want two of.

I do think this is the best-looking stuff I've seen yet. Much more fun when things look good, are cute and go together well. And not being served in pots and pans!!! YAY!
