I can't do these goals due to time constraints IRL, but what did they do to poor Jean-Pierre's personality?? Where is that hint of French smugness and taunts of 'you can't beat me, mon rival'?? You could just as easily replace his picture with Hazel's and it would make no difference

I hope Jean-Pierre makes a comeback here in Bakery, personality and all!

On sidenote once you complete the second side goal (part 2 of 2) the prize you unlock "Rockin' Dancefloor" is 48 gems. I hope it's not required to buy for next steps or we earn one free at least!?!?

I don't like the idea of putting exact recipes from one game into another, and what does the theme have to do with a bakery??? Every week gets more weird.

Nope. I'm sure its not a glitch. It's just sooooooooo lazy. I thought the same thing when I saw them! And then I saw that the malt machine was copied over too. Lame! Of all the recipes that I wish we could also have on BS from RS NONE of those are among them. Boo. Of course now I have to do the goals because I cant have ovens with locked recipes. Drives me NUUUUUTTTTTSSSS. P.S. TL, please stop making EVERYTHING require the stupid oven element?! I have so many unfinished oven's because of this and I literally can never ever catch up, and I've missed out on a lot of decor b/c I cant build enough ovens to actually complete the tasks on time. Sigh.

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed by these goals. I played Restaurant Story for a couple of years, so I instantly recognized these appliances and recipes as ones copied over from RS. Reading this thread, it's clear that many players feel the same sense of disappointment. I'm hoping that this was an attempt to squeeze in another goal before they give us a Christmas/Winter themed goal for December. Oh well...

everything was going to it - they cut and cut profit from one set of goal to another - and here we are!
even if you only buy 1 of each appliance, and even when you master all the recipes - you'll still be in MINUS $231k!

the only way to improve just a bit - is to ignore "let's get rocking" chain for those who are not intended to buy the dance floor for gems: in this case, the chain is totally useless, and you have to spend $240k for buying juke box, tables and chairs just to get unlocked the item that is not required to move on and that you do not want to buy.


it is really-really interesting wht did they mean to get from this? more gems sales? or just players leaving the game? hmm...
