I'm new to the forums, and this will be my second cruise event (I started playing RS2 during Mardi Gras event) but how do you know an event is coming? I didn't see a notification in my game.

Ugh I'm tired of all these catering events. We're getting so many. 75% my restaurant is open. Thinking about deleting. Give us more goals and catering events once a month. It's not that hard.

No one is forcing you to play the cruise events. I always pick and choose. During the last day of the mardi grass I fell ill... But that's okay I only missed out one two gem recipes got the rest. I love playing especially during cruise events. And if not I'm not afraid to skip...

I'm sitting this out. I have regular goals to do, trying to learn new recipes, and save for an expansion. Don't have time to give away food for decor I don't have room to put out.
