    My game started over

    I was at level 35 and my device had to be back to factory reset. I downloaded BS and RS again and that was all fine but somehow I'm back at level 1 even though I'm playing on the right ID. I really don't want to start again, could I email storm8 and see if they can put me back to level 35?
