I would like to learn more about Restaurant Story!

I always played more Bakery Story, but i start play Restaurant Story and i like it so much! But i like to learn more about game and i have some questions about game.

1? - What is the food that gives more coins or XP?
2? - There are ovens that can unlock with other apps? Example (Halloween, Christmas or other)

I'm level 40 now, and for now is this my biggest questions, help me!
