I am waiting for my Crystal Unicorn to hatch so haven't had a chance to see this new one, but has anyone expanded to the new space on the upper Plateau? Any idea what is going to need to be cleared before we cam put a habitat there?

I expanded, the moment I saw a little "expand" marker magically appear there... but did not gem rush to finish it and see how much it will cost to clear it. It will expand in 4 hours. 12 realm runes. 200,000 coins.
