Can we get goals from the Caribbean with recipes from those countries like Puerto Rico, Cuba and Dominican Republic, etc. From Puerto Rico we can get appliances with rice pudding known in spanish as arroz con dulce, cheese flan, tembleque (coconut pudding), mofongo, roast pork known as lechon asado and frambuesa de chocolate cake. From Dominican Republic we can have mangu which is mashed plantain, sweet cream of beans known as habichuelas con dulce, Sancocho - meat stew, oatmeal with milk called in spanish avena con leche and Spaghetti. Furthermore, from Cuba some foods that could be considered are croquette, Cuban sandwich, tostones Rellenos, Cuban espresso, Cuban cabbage salad and Cuban tres leches.
