Dry Ice Float Info:

The Side Goal this time asks for the Dry Ice Float. This recipe was originally released in Restaurant Story on the Confection Lab appliance; a seasonal/Halloween appliance which originally debuted in October 2013. It has been moved to the BASIC STOVE (under the DESSERTS tab) for the duration of the Side Goal.

This recipe will likely return to its original appliance after you finish the Side Goal, or when the goal timer runs out (whichever comes first).

Strategy tip: if you want to max out this recipe before it disappears, make sure to do so BEFORE you complete the last step of the side goal!

I don't recall where the Dry Ice Float is from and no image is showing in my game.

Just checked - the Dry Ice Float has been moved to the BASIC STOVE under the DESSERT TAB (6 hour recipe).

Originally it is a recipe on the Confection Lab appliance, a Halloween appliance from 2013. No idea why it was featured for the side goal but that's one mystery solved

I'll flag over the goal card though; it should say 'Serve' rather than 'Have' and I can ask about the thumbnail not displaying as well.

First impressions:

• It's pretty The items aren't something I can see myself using in my restaurant immediately, but I do like the theme and I like the leafy designs and colors of the items we get off the bat
  
  Minor point of criticism though - the wallpaper doesn't quite fully 'tile' nicely There's a small area where the leaves clip a bit between panels. It's not the first wallpaper where this has happened, and it doesn't show as much in this wallpaper as some others, but it's happened enough times that I'd love to see the art team pay the slightest bit more attention moving forward.
  
  
• Excited to see another drink machine I'm glad we've been getting more drink machines recently
  
  
• The Elephant Fountain wall decor is gorgeous and I'm really happy to see something unique. Thank you team for not giving us yet another neon or wreath! These look really classy and I'm excited to use them
  
  
• I'm a wee bit on the fence about the main goal floor decor prizes, but I think that's because I'm more enthused about the already-available items. Not sure I'd use them together but I could see myself using them separately in different designs.
  
  
• I'm happy to be able to get the Tropical Elephants as a side goal prize since I missed it the last time, and it complements the main goal theme/prizes very nicely. I'm noticing a pattern though where this and the last couple of 5-day goal prizes (U-Seaside Santa and U-Xmas Snowman) were previously available back in December 2023 as prizes as well. Just an observation; not a criticism - I think it's less about that specific month and more about the prizes complementing the 14-day goal theme, but it's just interesting to note.
  
  
• I'm pleasantly surprised to see 'borrowed' recipes be added to basic appliances for the side goals as has been happening now for a while in Bakery Story I think it's a nice addition to Restaurant Story as well and it will be nice if it can continue

I have the tropical elephants, they are adorable, and I switch them out with a swimming elephant set I also have, depending on my mood. They work great in the Restaurant design I use most often.
