Please help me with my account😨

I have 2 accounts, and their id are CherryICE123 and 5cherry.

I want 5cherry account in my bakery and restaurant story. However, I am stuck with this CherryICE123 account now.

When the message "select account" popped up.

I needed to select between 5cherry(This device, you will be logged out of game center) and CherryICE123(In the cloud).

And I chose the latter by accident and now i cannot log into my 5cherry account. How can I get this back? I submitted a ticket already, but does anyone know about this?

Sorry but only support can help with account issues. Typically they respond within a few days but it may take longer as they're likely still dealing with a backlog from the holidays.

I don?t know about the gamecenter. Can you log out of it? When I change between the accounts, I simply use the log-in at the invite tab (sorry, English isn?t my native language).
