    How long does it take to get a contact from support team?

    I submitted a ticket yesterday 10:00 am on their working time. I want a help to retrieve my old account on my phone and provided information on my device, past acc and current acc. How long will it take to get my past account back?

    A typical support ticket can take anywhere from 3-7 to process. Being that they're likely behind due to the holiday backlog and it may well take even longer.

    As for getting your old account reinstated: that will depend on how long ago it was accessed and other things of that nature. While rare, it does sometimes happen that abandoned accounts get purged from the system entirely.

    Sadly, it's a wait and see type situation from this point on.
