It's my understanding that the bonus recipes will be added to the Phoebe's Oven from now on. So, each time the second goal of the bonus set will auto-complete for those that have already purchased the appliance. At least, this is how it works in Bakery Story.

I already had it, and probably why it skipped the 2nd instruction, but it has never done that in BS, where it states the actual oven, and then goes to what to bake in it.
