On the goals page of the Leader Board Event, the picture of the Council Scrolls on the last goal, will not load up, no matter how long I wait.
Is this a common problem for other players?

Yes same. I wondered if the graphic would show up eventually, so I powered through to get to that last milestone, but it's still spinning. I'll let the team know.
