Can?t login at all now

I have been having issues with getting the game to let me in for months now! And it has gotten so bad that now it won?t open at all. It says that Dragon Story is an online game, and to check my internet connection. I am a computer guy, so I know when I have internet and when I don?t. And I have deleted the game, and redownloaded it several times as that is your ?fix?. Well that worked the first time, but nothing after that. I have a LOT of dragons and gold and everything and don?t want to lose any of it! There has got to be a fox for this issue! So PLEASE HELP and not just say delete it and redownload because that doesn?t work!

Sadly, this is a known issue that has plagued users for over a year now but there are no known fixes yet though the team is aware and working on it.
