    I am so disappointed that I cannot consistently log into the game. This time it has been several hours that I can?t get in. How do I contact support? I spent gems early on in the game and now I won?t be able to finish.

    Not gonna lie every time I delete the app from the queue on my phone to restart the app I get scared that I'll have the same problem. Also when I get the try again page I pray that it'll let me access the game. Hopefully the problem that other players are experiencing gets fixed soon, it's so unfortunate that they don't have a fair shot at completing the event.

    It's Chapter Nine and I've sent out fifteen requests to neighbors who responded to my requests in Chapter Five and an additional four to neighbors who are participating in this event, (I visited their kingdoms). So now it's a waiting game to see if everything goes smoothly or if the system counter is going to glitch like it has been doing

    Yes, I know that totals nineteen neighbors; the twentieth spot is meant for Stormie.

    Nutcakes, I have a similar issue. Receiving items is the one constant issue I have in this game. I dread these tasks. I have kept detailed records this time in the hope that S8 can find something in them to tell me why I have this issue constantly. Every time!. Here I am, 2 hours after sending a request to exactly 20 players who I have confirmed are on their games and receiving/responding, but I have just two responses. Something isn't right, and I want to help find a solution. I'm really hoping they can tell me what's wrong. I have ruled out all the obvious things here like bandwidth, sending too many requests, sending requests to non-players, and not refreshing the game. So now I'm just hoping S8 can work it out.

    Might be an idea, was thinking I would try it, but wait?. I can?t get into my game at all?. This is my second outage - about 25+ hours the first time! Over 15 hours and counting this time.
